If not for him that night that pleaded with the officers how inconvenient it would be to have me jailed, after all who would care for the children while he was at work. It took me about 28 months to finally get away from him, we were about 250,000 dollars in unsecured debt, credit cards, lines of credit. Our mortgage was only 85,000 above the 250,000 so six figures of where did money go?? I still have no idea how or where he spent so much money. My regular monthly allowance was around $500 per month and I bought all groceries with that small amount.
