for my ladies who have back acne! if you are washing out your conditioner after cleansing your whole body, i STRONGLY recommend washing your back again with an acne wash to prevent any potential for back acne from the conditioner touching your back. This is what helped me clear up my bacne as well as spraying my back with hypochlorous acid.

@@joselyn8604 for chest acne I would recommend not applying perfumes directly on the chest area if you are sensitive in that region, just apply perfume on your clothes, and make sure to not wear any jewelry that could give you an allergy because of the type of metal. and use a benzoyl peroxide wash like panoxyl.

Love these videos. I just learned I’ve been brushing, flossing and rinsing incorrectly. My dentist stated to floss, rinse all of the bad junk from your mouth and then brush and do not rinse. That way once you brush, you’re not removing the tooth paste from your mouth and it’ll work best if saving this step off last.

I just started watching u at the end of summer and now I’m so excited for summer/spring because people will be able to smell the lotion when I have short sleeves on too bec y’all the perfume sprayed on your skin and the lotion on your skin will be covered with long sleeves ( i mean duh lol) anyways I cant wait for Easter I already got my outfit and it’s beautiful! It is a cut sleeve romper so I can’t wait to add a body glow oil cuz girlllll I started shaving and exfoliating my arms and I’m obsessed! My friends ask me how I have such smooth and soft arms and hands and I get so happy! I’m also getting laser hair removal, under my arms, my back, and my legs and I’m so excited cuz it’s perfect for summer! ❤ I’m orthodox so my Easter is may 5th this year which is perfect! I end college around the end of may I think. And I’m going to turkey the end of June so I can’t wait to keep my hygiene going and pampering myself all through out spring and summer and vacation 😊😊😊

If you struggle with back acne definitely try to wash out all your conditioner, put your hair up and then thoroughly wash your entire body including your back as the very last part of your shower. It has done wonders for me since conditioner tends to linger.

Girlsss. This is a Friendly Reminder! Body Scrub are actually damaging for your skin as every Physical exfoliant so instead a physical exfoliant use a Chemical one like Black Soap (2-3x a week) and use a Medical low Ph Body Soap for every day uses. Also use instead of regular Wasch loafs a African net Sponge (and wash it after every use) because Loafs actually can cause Body acne because the dirt get build up in the loaf, also use before your lotion any Body oil because it locks the moisture in the skin and will keep you Hydrate. I found this things recently after struggling with my Skin so long I hope I helped some of you Guys out :))) - Ps: Englisch isn’t my first language so be kind ❤

hi beautiful!💓 I loved your video...a tip for when you bathe is that you only use the shampoo on the roots and not on the ends, and the conditioner goes only from the middle to the ends. Hi Chloe You are a beautiful young lady! Applying many products can irritate your skin and cause inflammation. I’ve been there trust me. The downstairs area is also very sensitive and using oils and creams down there can increase moisture. Unscented cornstarch powder can help to dry down there and prevent moisture if used regularly. Avoid talc at all costs though
