Little tip get yourself a used couch in good condition! You can find really nice ones for cheap or for free in great condition. If you can find a leather one you can bring it back to a better condition easily!

Very nice apartment I appreciate ideas of how to furnish without breaking a bank. I had the same sofa-bed in my studio in Toronto and miss it as it was great as sofa nad as a bed. It was comfortable for me. Dark greys are not my colors but like overall impression.
