It is so nostalgic coming back to this video. I’ve learned so much since then, and it was thanks to this video tutorial that I learned how to play the arpeggio and other songs I learned on the piano I’ll never forget

To all the people complaining that he teaches fast: fast is good for everyone, both the advanced player, who's not willing to wait hours for him to say obvious stuff AND the beginner player, who should be well aware that the red bar at the bottom allows you to REWIND the video ab libitum.

Hey kyle, is it possible that you could redo this tutorial in a newer 1080p video so it is clearer and the audio sounds better? thanks

implementing scales into your playing as opposed to playing just the basic chords has help me improve my left hand abilty dramaticly. i always found it very intimidating to try and expand on the left hand creativity. Thank you for the lessons it has opend up a new ball game in my playing.

It was the best tutorial that I found but: The first part you were teaching great but from the second part it was so confusing and so fast. In the second and third parts, you say something when you're playing with one hand but you change it when you're playing it with both hands and it's just confusing to me!

This has helped me so much, I know you probably get thousands of comments saying the same thing but honestly when I first saw you play the parts especially the pre chorus part I never thought I'd get it, it's taken me a long time but I kept practicing and I can now play those parts,so Thankyou so much, this is the only my immortal tutorial I've seen, (trust me, I've seen loads) that has been any worth while watching so I'm definitely subscribing!

I must be retarded. I have this awesome video showing me note for note how to play this, and it's taken me hours upon hours, spread out over months, just to make it to part two. How anyone can just play this, furthermore create something like this, is beyond me.

Thankyou. I think the pre-chorus right hand melody isn't quite right in just the 2nd bit - it includes more than single notes there, but apart from that this video was extremely useful. I didn't realise the left hand chord arpeggios were so extended - that'll take me a while to get right ! Thanks for taking the time to do this - much appreciated.

@Lordmafi its more on where ur fingers are comfortable and can move easier. and at 5:55 he was pressing two notes at the same time, using your thumb to hit the lowest note is usually the easiest way to play 2 or more notes at the same time

@GabrielaAlexandria Oh, for that he is playing an octave chord before the chord so it sounds a bit more full IE: the E chord would be E-B-E-G# -B It's actually used mostly for showing off some piano skills. For beginners it would be easier to use more simple non-complex fingering chords (IE: for E chord use the fifth octave one (E-B-E) or the simple chord (E-G-B) with slight variations) Hope that helps a bit, it's kinda hard to understand on words only n_n'

for people that are stuck with the chorus, just play the left hand without extending the chords like just play 3 notes at a time instead of 4-6 notes that he is teaching you to play. it may not be the proper way to play it but for begginers like me it helped a lot and once you get used to playing it, then you can add on the extended chord notes. hope this made sense.
