Hey I was diagnosed with POF at 19. I'm happy with it though, as long as I'm healthy. I'm okay with not having kids. You had more support than I did thankfully. I had nothing.

Thank you for sharing your story! I got diagnosed last year, I am 31.I have not had a cycle for 11 months. I felt I didn't get much of an explanation and then the doctor walked out. It is heart breaking while wanting to conceive. And the only suggestion is donor eggs. And having a regular cycle and then it just goes away and having no idea what it is causing it. I appreciate you being strong and brave and sharing your story you are not alone! And I hope and pray you have are successful in IVF🙏

I had my menstruation period when I wad 9years 11months. I’m 19 now so far I’m not facing any problems. But I heard of POF and early menopause. I’m sooo stressed. Please help me.

Thank you for this! I am 25 and was just diagnosed after years of not having a cycle. Its not talked about much and its so nice to see people in my position. Finding information about POF/POI trying to get pregnant online is next to impossible

Thank you for sharing your story. I had a similar experience unfortunately, I was diagnosed at age 14 and I’m now 30 and looking to start a family through IVF + donor eggs. It’s not super common but it’s nice to find others in a similar situation to know Im not alone. So thank you again for sharing, it means a lot.

Have you tried using vitex?

I haven’t. I looked into it a bit, vitex can have an impact on prolactin levels, but the criteria for diagnosis of POF is based on FSH levels.
