Enjoyed your video. However, the champ 764c is not in the flipping and pitching category. It is in the casting category. It’s a little extra confusing because the techniques that are listed on the side mention light flipping. I also have a couple of the tatula sv tw 100’s and they are amazing.

Thanks for clarifying. I always assumed it was a pitch flip as it's VERY stiff for a four power. The more you know!

@ I almost ordered the 764 two years ago. It was between 764 and the 763. I went with the 763. Last week it broke(my fault) and I’m replacing with 744 jig special. The 763 never really felt like it had been the right choice. Hoping 744 fits better in lineup

@@pdfahie let me know about that 744. I've been looking at that side eyed for a while now. The 764 is stout and the only reason I haven't got the 744 is the HP 705 does a half ounce jig really well.

@ I was so close to getting the 764. On Hellabass’ livestream with gary dobyns, gary described the 764 as: “not everyone likes the 764, but those that do, tend to have multiple 764s.” I think he was comparing 734 and the 764 and some that don’t love 734, really love the 764 but not positive.

@pdfahie makes sense two totally different feels. I had a champ 734 and broke it like a moron. Replaced it with the Sierra 734 for the extra give on the chatterbait. Nothing at all like the 764 though.
