I’m a UPS driver, we are represented by the largest Union in America. Teamsters. If anyone is ever struggling with insurance and coverage for their family come get a job here. The union has negotiated coverage/full ride benefits for the employee and all its dependents at no cost for us. 0. The best health benefits around, given to you and your family at your 9th month. Good luck guys.

@@davidtrak2679 I suppose the more you drive the likelihood increases that you get citations, accidents, etc. However, if you are a good driver, that shouldn't increase the probability of it that much. @@davidtrak2679 If you drive for a living, your skills improve and you need to learn how to become a better driver. A good truck driver rarely gets tickets. And then if you get one, you go to court (possibly spending the money for ticket clinic services), do the driving school thing, and get it lowered. The statistics are that if I get a ticket or two, I need to change my driving habits.

When my parents were getting a divorce my mom took me ro live in another state to start fresh. She didn’t have a lot of money or a vehicle and took multiple buses to drop me off at preschool and go back and forth to work. Fortunately it was a larger city so the mass transportation was better than other places. Then she saved up and bought a car. She went back to school and found a career she loved. I really admire my mom for not giving up and teaching me to believe in myself. She inspires me by what she accomplished as a single mom. You can do it too. ❤

She needs another insurance company! I was point-free, "perfect record" for 10 years, and paying over $2k/yr. for insurance from one of the biggest companies. Long story short, I did some checking and found a smaller company (which does not advertise) and got better insurance coverage for less than half of what I was paying. Shop around, because those big companies are ridiculous.

I just went on the Dave Ramsey site back in October and found the investment pros. They hooked me up with insurance a lot cheaper than what I was paying for my car insurance. But I had a pretty much nearly perfect record as well and I'm over the age of 30 so that helps as well. If you got a ton of points and a good luck cuz it's going to be expensive.

She acknowledged the hardship she faces with all the -isms AND let her know she can still do something about helping herself. Then before Dave even said he’d send stuff too, she offered to send one of the books to help her out. Such kindness This is what people need.
