When you say that you do background checks, what do you mean? Do you just contact the companies the candidates previously worked at to check whether they worked there? Or is it more in-depth than that?

If there's any internship related to your qualifications then yes you can apply but at SEforAll you need to be at least graduated with a bachelors degree. For other UN organizations, you can apply when you are in your 3rd or 4th year of bachelors degree
