So, he checked my appointment letter and told me to wait outside because I had almost an hour left. Before 15 minutes of my interview, he called me and let me to go in. So the trick is not to tell him that you are going to face the VFS. Better to tell him you are going to travel to somewhere by metro. Then he won't make any issues.

Usually, for my case, the application ended on January 4 last year, then I got interview mail in the first week of march and my interview was on 15th march. Finally, I got my result in the last week of March. I think this is the basic timeline. I also applied for another program and the interview was at the beginning of 2nd week of march but they published the result on the same date.
