Make a good explanation before you face embassy. of course, you can come up with good points as you mentioned that you are working, so this is a valid point. 2. residence permit does not depend on working experience.

If VFS takes the documents on behalf of Finnish embassy, then you need to make appointment to VFS. Then VFS will tell you if you need to visit Embassy of Finland. If VFS doesn't work for Finnish embassy in your country, you need to contact Embassy of Finland for the appointment and application submission in Turkey.

Interview depends what type of job contract you got. If it is a restaurant job, they will ask questions regarding food. If you don't know English, you can ask for translator from Finnish embassy. I recommend to go with English if you understand English. I can't answer if you get visa or not.

This is not negative of course. But you need to prepare this early enough. Do not answer directly that you will try to find a job in Finland. You can be more creative, for example, you can say: "After completing my study I want to contribute to the Finnish economy. I also want to help developing the economy of my own country. I will try to look for job in EU and Finland, hopefully I will make small impact on my field" You need to come up with such kind of appropriate answer.
