Don't worry.... You can follow 3 key principles:- 1. Pause before you speak. 2.form simple structure and try to speak at a slower pace as speaking too fast can make you nervous and fumble. 3. Practice speaking in English in your daily routine. Practice is the key!!

Depends on rank , no. Of attempt , articleship ( he cleared in 1st attempt and got 12.5 lpa CTC)

Hi @shivangisethi7415 Thanks for asking. Reliance do prioritise first attempters while selection. Although we have seen in recent attempt that they have hired many freshers with multiple attempts. (Both on and off campus) And by getting attempts you have not committed any crime. Even if u r first attempter, u should be able to bring something different to the table. It can be anything but should be your X factor, say mine was i am very curious and eager to know why of everything and this developed a deep understanding of business. Also, I analysed my Articleship and IT to find where i excelled and got appreciation from my managers. You should also do this and present this to the interviewer which will help him to make a decision on your selection. Thanks for watching the videos. Stay connected.. Yes attempts are considered in icai campus. To get maximum shortlistings, don't try to put inflated package. As this package will act as a filter at your part if that company should display in the login after shortlisting

Big 4 are good to start as CA fresher, but I wanted a balance lifestyle with open weekends and no extended work timings. Work wise also, big 4 is doing same as ca firms but just in more sophisticated way but to get better experience corporate like reliance is very good option And RCP is awesome as a work place.
