Bud love your channel - I am USN retired Chief 1965 to 1991 - my bride and I have been together 35 years - I was stationed Cubi PT 1986 to 1991 and then retired there - my FRA is crossroads out by San Miguel where you were at - my 1st time PI 1967 - then on the ships 70 and 80' then stationed there - keep the great videos coming we love it

I 've learned Spanish,& Greek in just approx.2 years combined,and Bud is quite right ,you'll be fluent in any language much faster than suggested When you practice it and do conversation with people who speak the language as their mother tongue!

In a way i identify with you and Gloria, Lina and i have been married 26 years, but a much greater age difference. She changed my life to be a better person. Very enjoyable video. Not sure I can make the 50 year anniversary like you have. Was 47 when I got married 22 years ago, not sure I have that many years left as I will be 70 in next few months and would have to live to almost 100, but hoping for the best. Best wishes your way.

Thanks for this Bud !! I was US Navy in nam but 1966-67 on carriers up on Yankee Station LOL. You want to visit vietnam But I do not LOL. Those people shot at me but missed LOL. Stationed at Cubi Pt with a squadron as a Navigator . . Hopefully I can get back to the PI and rejoin my Asawa ko to be in Bulacan soon !!
