they gave me this whitening foam that i could put in my trays that would help whiten but i also just use bakingsoda toothpaste on the regular

the permanent retainers weren't extra with my orthodontist, and they orthodontist made the clear retainers in house.

it was 12 sets, switching out every 2 weeks. and it would only hurt the first 2-3 days after changing into new trays
