Elliott Thompson Hi there. No I didn’t fully fix it. But turning up the brightness all the way on my phone. Cleaning the lens. I take all my pics in square mode.. so also playing with the 1x vs the 2x lens has helped.. But the biggest help has been my new editing apps i have found. Do you sell?

Truth be told. Taking my iPad out of the case and wiping the lens never occurred to me in my moment of frustration. There’s a bit of moisture in there don’t know what that’s all about. Problem fixed 😊 thank you

I use a Lifeproof case on my iPhone 10. After their cover over the lenses gave me trouble, I popped that part out. It looks like they made it like that so you have this option. Care more about my photos quality than dropping my phone in a puddle.

Thanks for this great info. Can you address the problem so many of us are having with the sound on our iPhones? The volume automatically goes down on it's own. I've missed many phone calls & messages due to this issue. It is addressed on Apple discussion threads, but the 'fix' doesn't fix the issue.

If you take a photographers magnifying loop ( that thing photographers used to look at slides or negatives with) you might see droplets inside the front and/or rear camera lenses.
