It’s my first iphone i ever got, after having androids my whole life. I got iphone xs a week after its launch and i had this issue since day 1! It would randomly restart once a day or every other day. It wasn’t too bad. But a month after up until now it keeps restarting 3-4-5 times in a row until it starts again and it does this 3-4 times per day. I never regreted a purchase so much in my life. I’m watching this at 2020 and I know this has been 2018 but plz answer this, it started I guess because on the last update, but I need to plug it in or charge it in even though it has like 89% left to just let my iPhone awake, when I take off the battery, it stays like a couple of minutes, there’s no lagging issues or anything, but after those minutes it’s starts to lag and slow and later on it will die, and do the boot loop which you will see the Apple logo appearing and disappearing over and over, what should I do! I don’t wanna damage my battery by keep doing this!

my phone out of the blue started restarting and i found out the battery wasn’t well placed and screwed. you might not have to change the battery, just make sure it’s stable and not shaking. and if you’re going to a store that’s not apple to open up your phone, make sure they fix in all the screws especially the ones inside the phone. came back to this video to share 🤞🏼

My iPhone 5s started to trip out after I updated it, the battery turned shit slowly getting worse until it eventually just doesn't turn on, its stuck on a loop with the occasional red screen. I think if I didn't update it (which I hate doing and usually avoid since I despise change and know it makes things worse) I wouldn't be in this mess and be using an android now.

so my phone was stuck in a loop of the dying screen ( that black loading screen that happens when your phone dies ) and then it would go to the screen where you enter your password and the cycle continued... what I did to fix it was hold down the lock and home button for about 20 seconds (might need to hold down longer) and it worked :)

Okay here is my issue. My iphone is an iphone 7 plus and the problem is that it says 1% evryetime when it turns on from being shut down. When it is on, i have to wait a couple of seconds before it says my actual battery percentage. usually around 60%. Once it is on it keeps restarting itself. If you just replaced your screen I would take it apart again and check your battery cable. I did mine and had same problem and it was batter connector was lose after changing screen. If someone else did it for you take it to them and tell them it the batter connector.
