I can change my Wii Language to Japanese (although it only affects Quick Menu in applications that uses System Language) but changing the menu so it looks like this sounds like a good way to get a nice paperweight. I assume your wii is ntsc-j.

@@UltraHylia well yea so it's more understandable I do know it's a japenese company but like in Europe and America they are nice but not as nice compared to Japan

It’s old but WiiLink is working on this, it’s not out yet but soon you can mod your Wii and add this channel
