My Journey After Heart Transplant Surgery - It’s been 19 months

It’s been 19 months since I had my heart transplant. This month is also American Heart Month. In efforts to help take better care of my heart, I incorporated more vegan meals. I’m extending a special shout out to @iamtabithabrown because I started a new thing. In one of her posts she talked about her new book” I Did A New Thing”.
