Dr Evans, Thanks for doing these videos and your educational ones too. One thing I would like to know when you interview these patients is which chemo therapy plan was used. I am just about to go for proton radiation treatment as a final step to surgery, hopefully! I had 3 months of Fulfirinox that did almost nothing, in fact tumor grew and so did the 1 lymph node that was implicated. I was in great pain living for the next Tylenol 3 and fentanyl patch. I was switched to Gemzar and immediately pain went to zero within 3 days, CA19-9 inverted and went from 59 to 15. In this video Jill states that the tumor did not respond well to chemo and she then followed up with radiation. I think for people watching these videos it might be useful to name the chemo plan. Additionally the main side effect I have is neuropathy and it might be nice to see how patients have dealt with this side effect. Thanks for the work you do and the vide Graham
