I'm so sorry this happened to you. My sister was also diagnosed with ovarian cancer when she was 31 years old and 19 weeks pregnant with what would have been her first child. She was unable to continue with the pregnancy. The whole journey is so difficult. You are describing the trauma of it in ways a lot of people don't. That's important. Nothing in life prepares someone so young to face all of this. You are brave. But you are not alone. And your small family is beautiful. Sending well wishes to you.

So your sister had to choose her life over her pregnancy? That's truly heartbreaking 😢

I’m on my 14th year of raising the baby who was place with me as an infant with her teen mom. I adopted both of them and feel like the luckiest person in the world!!!

You are amazing! I will pray for your continued good health. I, too, was treated at U of PA. for major surgery after a cancer battle. We are blessed to have the best hospitals in the world so close to home. ❤️🙏🏻

Unexplained weight loss is a sign of cancer. That was my husband's first sign of stage IV cancer.

Considering BRCA mutation, it's probably a good idea to adopt rather than have a natural pregnancy. I'm glad to hear your treatment has been a success!!

The scans and the waiting for results and the then getting the terrible news is really truamatic. I am happy that you are creating a beautiful family inspite of the real life challenges you have faced. You are strong. You are beautiful and you are BRAVE & BLESSED. Thank you for sharing your story. Your story is very inspiring. I wish you well in your healing journey. My God continue to watch over you and your family. ❤🙏🏽

Wow what an amazing person you are to have navigated extremely tough decisions and path with such strength and grace. I'm so happy to hear you've had such a positive outcome. I have always wanted to become a foster mom. I wonder if you'd be ok about doing a video on that experience as you update us on your continual health progress? Cheers to you & your husband. Happy and healthy 2025!!

My mum and i were diagnosed with colorectal cancer within a month of each other. Mine was colon (9 inches higher than mums, who had rectal) absolutely possible for it to happen. It was because of her diagnosis I got my milder symptoms check.

I have seen MANY videos of cancer patient stories that were marathon runners. My research suggests that the over training was too much of a stressor on their body which caused disregulation and disfunction.
@nmcn121015 сағат бұрын
I'm starting to think exercise is a trigger too because as you mentioned, it seems like people that exercise regularly and eat healthy are developing cancers
@snailtime73714 сағат бұрын
@@nmcn1210I know a couple people with perfect health, perfect diet and regular exercise like fit runners and they were diagnosed with cancer. So I tend to agree with you…

Just as many cancer patients have never worked out. Running is not the reason, neither the cure. Obesity is a much higher risk factor.
@kellio80878 сағат бұрын
@christineo7930 After 2 years of research, I have learned that chronic stressors can significantly suppress the immune system and contribute to a higher risk of cancer for curtain people.

AGAIN a doctor that. GUESSED because she lost weight 😡 IT REALLY PISSES US OFF WHEN THEY DO THAT and if a dr does that to you get up and walk out and I’ve known many women that lost weight including ME that never had a problem with my period ! BAD things do happen to children also 😩😭💔 Our 7 yr old son was diagnosed with cancer osteosarcoma 😩😩😭😭💔💔 we were diagnosed the 1st day it took an X-ray and we were rushed to a UC HOSPITAL we went to the pediatric cancer floor our kids went straight to the playroom and we were walking around we say 7 babies with cancer 😮😩😩 then toddlers all the way to teenagers it was sad 😭but also SCARY it was too much I had a full blown ANXIETY attack 😩😩 We knew the life we had was gone ….
