No my guy thats not true. In the video, I was in a depressed state and thats when I said all those things. Those are nothing but negative thoughts, you mind will always feed you negative thoughts like you cant do this n that n so on. But you need to remove those thoughts and replace them with positive ones. When you start doing that regularly, you will achieve a really strong mindset. Do not listen to those negative thoughts. Keep on working hard no matter what, hard work pays off bro trust me.

What an adrenaline rush ! This is seriously the most motivating and inspiring spm video I’ve ever watched. I’d also dreamt of getting straight A+s,securing a full scholarship to study overseas and finally get to do what I’m passionate about. in Form4, i experienced great anxiety, depression and ya, was totally in a rut. i didn't even know how to label those feelings then as such, so i didn't know what i was going through then! unfortunately, i didn't know how to get out of the rut, so my results slipped from As to Bs and eventually to Cs. From the top10 student in class, i dropped to the bottom 10! watching your vid made those memories rushed back to me! finally, i knew why that happened to me. didn't feel like studying though i knew i had to. like you, fortunately, i had a best friend who told me, don't give up! we are going to uni together on a scholarship ok? happy ending: my best friend and i went to uni, not the same uni but WE DID IT! yayyy!!! and THANK YOU SO MUCH for this vid Asif, it helps me make sense why i couldn't study for a while in Form4 and when stress (another word i didnt know then) hit in Form5, i couldn't study either. it was only in Form6, being with a group of good friends who studied very hard with me for all subjects, even when in a rut, they helped me to soldier on. so for those of you who went through what i did, get into study groups, whenever you are in rut or having a no study mood, the friends you made there will give you a boost to continue the "fight"! all the best 2021 students! see you at the top! Gosh now you're making me cry man :'0 I'm having SPM this year, batch '03, SPM 2020 candidate. I'm also struggling with thoughts that no matter what I do it will all be for naught. I'm a sub science student taking moral and English Literature, I'm confident in my English Literature though, I'll pass and the teacher says I can get an A, but well, I don't believe that as always. I have faith I'll do well, but not confidence. I also struggle with SJ, AM, and AK. Although I have improved from before when I failed AM and AK to now passing, I fear I might not get the best results I can. I used to have amazing memorizing skills, able to memorize things in short periods of time, but now, I don't know why, but I've begun to have a horrible memory. That makes me anxious. I'm told I can get straight A, but I just hope to pass now. As for now I hope to get A's for English, Physics, Chemistry, English literature, Maths, and if I'm lucky, Moral as well. Moral is a gamble, it's tricky because there's no handling it and no one teaches you teknik and stuff. I just hope I can at least get through everything fine and do well. I've burnout twice last year as I did all my homework and attended 16 classes a week, I don't call it hard work though. I'm really really afraid, part of me jus tenants to stay in school and do homework forever, but another part of me is glad, glad that I'm finally getting out, I'm finally getting free, and that I'm finally getting it over with. As of now, my hope is to just do what I can and to just get things over with. I pray that I do by level best and that I'll be okay once it is all over. The time has come, it's time to fight the boss battle. Let's go, batch '03! ✨
