Not only watching is enough. Try interact with ppls in English, speak as much you can., You will reliaze that day by day. If you don't have chance to interact with ppl in workplace or outside, you can start within home itself with children's, wife, cousin, etc. Just simply start with atleast some very basic if you are not confident! Day by day you will improve and change the words accordingly. Teaching school home works and interact with school childrens in English is a good idea to speak and learn lot.
