Oh Jonna, I feel you so much on this. I had a clogged pipe in the bathtub and had to call my landlord. It took me 2 days to mentally prepare for the call and it weighed so heavy on my mind and caused severe anxiety. It's so relieving to see other people go exactly through this as well.

I have the same thing! Every-single-time. And it's never getting easier. Imagine working in call center... 😂 I did. Two times (almost 2 years). Worst jobs ever. Many people say that you just need to do things that you're scared of and the fear is gonna disapear. No. It's not. It's been week when I decided to call to the hotel to book a room for vacation. I did it today and I was sweating like a pig the whole time, walking around my house (because I can't sit when I call, I need to move. I feel trapped otherwise) and after that I was shaking. So yeah...

@@milenapastuszak9053 I feel this, I also work in a job with a lot of customer contact via telephone. Interestingly as much as I hate it there too for some reason my fear is a lot better at work, still not gone tho. Private me is often amazed how many calls my work me can make in a day. At home with private life calls I'm having so much more trouble and it's so frustrating. Why can't I function like a normal human being? Why are simple life tasks so difficult for me? I don't get it and it's horrible.

The story about the Humming mountains deeply resonates with me. I had a similar feeling when I was on an expedition and was going to climb to the top of Mount Elbrus. In two days of acclimatization I realized that I didn't want to conquer the summit, that I just wanted to embrace the ancient and powerful energy of the mountains. We started climbing at one o'clock in the morning, but my goal was to meet the dawn. And in the predawn hour I felt the energy of the mountains as if awakened and I fell into a trance and only a feeling of adoration and what a small grain of sand I am in the middle of the mighty ancient giants. A very strong memory and the dawn and the shadow of the mountain in the sky. Magic! Thank you for your videos they heal the soul and fill with love!

Yes, mountains have and emit a frequency, like trees, just way older, more ancient, and deeper. I've had that experience when I first was surrounded by the North Cascades Mountains in Northern/Western Washington State in the US. I felt like bowing down, like in front of a deity. @@Weird_Doll And of all the people to make that comment I found the irony amusing. Very simple. No one is attacking you. It's far better for people to be themselves (which gets labeled "weird") rather than sheep.
@Weird_Doll Жыл бұрын
@@Vladyyy But sometimes it's just good to hear that you're not weird. Even if you are always yourself, you also like to meet people who do not label you for what you are. But I get why you were amused about it. From the outside, there must be a certain irony. I didn't feel attacked either. I'm sorry if it came off that way. Liegt wahrscheinlich an meinen deutschen Wurzeln, ha ha. Das soll ein Witz sein.
@Vladyyy Жыл бұрын
@@Weird_Doll Yeah I feel you, but the thing is being yourself isn't weird to begin with. It's just that "normal" people call it weird when really the people being themselves are the normal ones. "Weird" people are just the minority, while "normal" people are the majority so they pick on anyone who isn't like them. But I completely understand that that kind of validation and lack of judgement is always very refreshing to experience amongst people you meet. Instead of being labelled anything, you're simply you and people love and accept you for it. Another way to have put it is that (given you're name) you were the best/most qualified person to make that original comment. No you're fine. I wanted to clarify that just in case though. Haha, the first thing that comes to mind when I think Germany is the incredible 2014 WC performance and (on the car front) their amazing engineering.

Jonna, hello from Kentucky in the US. Thank you for sharing the spectacular beauty of northern Sweden. I have never seen anything so magnificent. We can hear nature speak all around us, when we let go of all the other voices and noise in our heads. I would love to go on a trip like that, but it is not safe for a female to travel alone in the US. I am 70 years old and as I was watching your video, I realized that since I married 48 years ago, I have never taken any time for myself to just recharge and be one with nature. As a young girl, I would go into the woods and stay all day, playing, drawing pictures, reading, talking to God, just time away from my younger siblings. I love trees, wild flowers, and small streams of water with big rocks. You have inspired me to just take a day for me!😊Thank you again for sharing your life with the world. May God continue to bless you in all you do. 🙏🏻❤️

Hearing about your story with the mountains and their old energy, it reminds me of a day i was meditating in my favorite forest (i live ind Denmark) when i se a small nature spirit before my inner eye. He was floating in the air and cane to tell me that he wished humans had more respect for the stones and rocks, since they are the oldest beings on this planet. Then he asked me to send good energy to the forest through the big rock I was sitting on. My view on rocks and stone has never been the same❤

Norway has probably the most beautiful nature when compare to Sweden or Finland. Its personal opinion. Like i said...i travelled whole Norway,sweden and Finland from north to south. Positive is the lonelyness and quet nature but too many negative things. Bad Coffee, boring culture and cuisine, cold and windy even in July and august, expensive food, no Cafés, restaurants in the smaller cities, no sun, boring life and lifestyle in general, people seemed boring to me too slow and bored... Italy is like Siesta all the time, stylish people even when poor, warm, much nature and good food, people have lot of lifestyle.... Again, Personal opinion...
