Thank you for sharing. I have been strugling with my health for a long time, with a lot of stress at work for soo many years, with pain. Now I am early retired and it is a bless. I used to work as a occupational therapist.

Thank you for sharing, I prioritize my happiness realm of life for a healthy well lifestyle in healing mentally emotionally physically spiritual in my mind body soul. It has been a complex and perplex experience for me a beautiful realm I embrace my healing of grace miracle and walk in true truth. OMG the trolley story needing the trolley that’s me. I’m fellow melbournian living in regional Vic. I have many of symptoms you have. Mine is chronic Vertigo 24/7 and balance issues. I have Ménière’s disease diagnosed 20 years ago , a vestibular disorder. But a year later after that diagnosis I happened to go on the Pill just due to periods etc. and I never had any vestibular symptoms at all for 12 plus years, loving life well. Then Nov 2018 went off the Pill due to my age getting older I was 45 then, and my vertigo symptoms come back with major force I was bed bound most days. It took a year to figure out my vertigo is Hormone related. Loss of Estrogen. People say go back on Pill but i can’t now I’m too old (50) I’m on HRT but natural not synthetic like the Pill. It’s helping me as my Estrogen progesterone have declined with age and my testosterone levels were extremely low so that’s helping me with my mood energy and fatigue.. So I didn’t know I was going thru Peri-Menopause until 2020 when the hot flushes started. But my Vertigo keeps me mostly house bound, I’m lucky I work from home. I have debilitating brain fog, and crushing Fatigue most days, but it’s worse in last 2 weeks of my cycle each month. The fatigue is the worst. So I need to rest daily. And my once mornings used to be when i started work, but since going thru peri-menopause I’ve had to change that to afternoons. I just can’t get it together in the mornings anymore.
