my OCD is getting the better of me tonight it's gone 2am and I'm cant shake that if I dont complete my rituals some one will break into my house realy struggling tonight

Sometimes I convince myself that what I’m feeling isn’t real and I’m making it up for attention even though I’ve not told anyone so it can’t be for attention. Does anyone else do this? 💕
