Hi Gen! Welcome back to KZbin 🥰 I like your TikTok videos but I find I enjoy the longer form KZbin videos more. When I am struggling I will put one on while I prepare something to eat and/or while I am eating. It really helps me feel calmer, encouraged, and like I'm with a friend. Thank you for all you do! I cannot wait for your book to come out! As for content ideas...can you talk about the sort of middle part of recovery? When you are no longer acutely unwell but are not fully recovered/free from ed thoughts? I find it hard to stay motivated to keep fighting.
