In Future Estate those young trees may not grow well since being planted so close to the fence wall would shade them from a lot of sunlight and even more so where tree may be shaded also by the building. Consider repositioning those that may lack enough sunlight or replacing with taller young trees that are tall enough to get sunlight from over the top of the fence wall. This may actually be same reason your citrus trees and other plants in your own compound haven't grown well.

There is always the right channel and rights way to get a legit land and many are doing well including our sister here. Seek help from the African American community and government institutions that register the land to make sure the seller is the owner. Due diligence is the key and many have done it
