The big day has finally arrived!! 🤩🤩 Matthew and I are so excited to announce that we are engaged! 💍 Most of the video involves me getting ready for the big day--my new hair style, my all-time favorite nail salon, and where the celebrities go to do their hair/makeup! I can’t believe you didn’t give yourself a couple of days to settle in before all the festivities, but I guess you’re young and you can recover fast. Is this a traditional proposal? In korea actually proposals aren’t super common!! A lot of the time when couples have discussed marriage, they skip the engagement ring and go right for the wedding bands 🤭 and a lot of couple like to just have a special set up like this to commemorate the occasion. I usually fly Asiana! I have to say I prefer the Korean air lines (asiana or Korean air) as they offer Korean items on their meal services 😅 but I did fly United Polaris back to the states-while the food was better, I don’t think that the service and quality really match up to the expensive ticket cost 😭

I think everyone is different and should have whatever proposal they’d like! In Korea actually proposals are not super common in the way that an engagement ring is presented, a lot of couples skip straight to buying wedding bands together and will have something like this to commemorate the occasion!
