Paul if your pulling the engine to do the clutch anyway, I would also replace the water pump, timing belts/ cambelts, basically all the perishables and maybe the sparkplugs if they have not been done in a while , at least try and maximise the reliability for long road trips . Looking forward to some spannering, I have serviced my own car for years. Oh and get SB to start a supercar servicing channel on youtube , nobody else has bothered to do so , it would be unique and a good showcase for what they do their. Can you film some of that monteverdi saloon against the wall please !! , they are rarer than hens teeth.

@@litralimsaa9210 I think the cams are chain driven, however the ancillaries are usually rubber belts , namely the water pump , which is crucial on such a large engine to keep it cool, like wise a top notch radiator and fan. I would go through the whole thing personally to future proof it, photograph and document all of the work done for future reference should the need arise and maintain its value.

Basically give it a major service along with the new clutch installation - I did the same with my murcie as its cheaper to combine the two major jobs into one.

E92 M3 GUY i just asked that because you mentioned changing timing belts in your original posts. And i was pretty sure there’s timing chains in these cars. But yeah, it’s worth it to replace all those belts and stuff in one engine pull. Then you won’t have to pull the engine every time when something breaks. :D

If you do an engine out, you might want to do valve timing. Easier with engine out.

Your car looks incredible! I think the tinted headlights actually look okay. People probably wont notice them too much and they give it a really aggressive look especially the Grigio Telesto type wrap. I also think the yellow Murcielago writing in yellow actually looks pretty good too. It ties in nicely with the brake calipers.

I think that if you are to have the yellow side plates you'd also need to have some more yellow contrasting in the interior, I think it stands out a bit too much but perhaps you could make the seat-belts yellow and have some yellow trimming/stitching, etc. If you don't add more colour in the car I suggest it should go

I must admit I was one of those not feeling the grey..... however.... I was wrong! Looks fantastic. Headlights look great.... and at first I thought I’m not feeling the yellow on the door plate.... but within 30 seconds and with the door open it made sense and looks good.

Damn the murcie looks sick, i like the darker headlights it fits really well with the grey wrap, and the yellow murcie in the door seals is a nice accent as well. Though i think it'd look better in red because of the red stitched interior but then you'd have to get red brake calipers as well so it all fits together...

Headlights could do with a slightly less dark tint. The tint does work well with the dark wrap instead of clear headlights. Kick plates you should definitely keep. It's a nice contrast and just makes it pop. Plus now you will be reminded that you're driving a murci every time you get in lol.

Definitely get rid of the yellow in the door trim it's fully but the rest including the headlight tint looks incredible, congrats on achieving a lifelong dream brother very inspiring and awesome to see you got there and you got there relatively quickly with a shitload of hard work and effort but now it's paydirt friend, well done.

I wasn't sure on grey it seemed a bit Bland, but actually it looks really cool and I like the headlights. The yellow logo looks switched on and ties the yellow calipers into the car.
