We spread the costs over years. Also preparing and painting a car is a real skill built over years. Had customers try it botch it and costs them more as we have to remove the mess they did and start all over again.

As far as the car painting goes mate:- You can buy paint matched to the manufacturers paint code from several places in UK. Paint suit and mask not needed (although eye protection (glasses) and a decent mask (with filters) would be ideal. The anti static hose and the air dryer hose for paint. Not necessary at all. Paint gun - you can get a great job with a paint gun that's worth a third of the cost (hell ive seen £80 paint guns do a decent job just take your time and set the paint gun up properly). Sandpaper, brownpaper, painters tape etc are all cheap enough and are essentials. The sander again you could use a cheap one or use a hand sanding block. Not a criticism but definitely somethings worth thinking about

Now, I'm aware that you don't see the kind of winters there as we do here so it probably isn't a common practice. I'm also VERY aware that anyone who would buy a GTR and drive it in the snow would be a bit nutty. I still found it funny that I didn't even blink at the sight of the GTR underbody.

Love the small clips of Kev in the middle of some serious sentences. He's in his element at this house.

Can we just appreciate how Matt doesn't cut away for an Ad and that he actually icludes it naturally during his work - so that we keep engaged with wanting to carry on watching what he's working on between Ad information so that we don't miss a detail of what he's doing/finding out in order to fix cars? A really refreshing approach in my eye!
