Here is the thing Harpies feather duster canonically is a Mai Valentine card so no that alone in your description makes it impure. Correct me if im wrong is not harpies its own Arc-type No? Therfore it means your running cards from another Arc-type. Yeah yeah TCG staple i getvit but you cant call me wrong either. By the standards of "Pure Arc-type" any deck(and by this almost Every deck)fails to be pure by default. Just a fun fact, not telling yoy how to build or play the game😂.
