I think a blanket ban on phones is terrible. Not because it means I can't use my phone as I would at home but because I use my phone to contact my mum during the day when things go wrong but I don't want to talk to a teacher about it. Ahh the joys of anxiety. Some people need phones with them

reveluv reveluv my school has a ban on phones and they get confiscated if your on them but you can ask the teacher if you can text your parents and most teachers allow it or ask to go to the office and phone them there. Also it’s pretty funny because they call it a “no phone zone” so all the first years sit outside school in the mornings lol.

Just completed my lc in June, unfortunately didn’t get what I wanted come August. After a lot of thinking... I decided to repeat which was very hard to comprehend at first given how mentally and physically draining the lc was but if it allows me to do better and get what I know I can achieve, it’s worth every single penny in my opinion.
