Well, it is time to move onto bigger and better things. I will always cherish the memories, and lesson that 96V taught me. I already miss it, a lot. The good news, I bought a 180. Music: www.bensound.com

Sad to see an aircraft with so many memories and firsts depart to a new owner but different memories and adventures to come with Mr Cessnas finest ever aircraft (slightly biased one C180 owner for the last 29 years). Looking forward to seeing your new C180 in the future.

Thanks Graeme, it’s definitely a bitter sweet experience. I’m banking on your statement “cessna’s finest aircraft” being true! That’s why I bought it. Loved cruising at 150mph on the way home :)

Landing Stripper your going to have a lot of fun with the 55. You got out close to me when you were in Oregon. Sounds like you are in FL now

Yep we live in Florida, not the best place to own a 180. But I’m stoked to have it. She needs lots of TLC.

Good luck with the C-180, I know a number of guys who have wished that the 170 was a true four place. That final airport looked like Avon Park, Florida, maybe 96V will not be so far away.
@WarrenGAviation5 жыл бұрын
Thanks Bryan. The last airport was Avon Park!!! I flew over it this weekend but didn’t see 96V on the ramp. I’ll have to follow up and see where it went. Where are you based?

@@WarrenGAviation I'm in the western part of NC, but I move around a good bit. My 170B is coming back together s-l-o-w-l-y. My A&P is no longer working, so that has been a hindrance. My BFR is due, I guess I'll have to use the CFI's 172. I miss little wheel being in the rear (it's proper place). When do we get to see the 180???
@jcheck65 жыл бұрын
@@Bryan-ws3yt Same here. I am going to have to get my BFR in a 172 since I don't have full flight controls in the rear seat of my RV-8. Haven't flown one in like a hundred years.
@Bryan-ws3yt5 жыл бұрын
@@jcheck6 it'll come back to you. Happy skies with the BFR and the RV-8.
