I’m about to have my wisdom teeth and 4 premolars extracted tomorrow due to crowding. I’m not too worried about the pain because it’s temporary but have you noticed any long terms affects in change of appearance?

Long term effects? Hmm i dont see or experience any negative effects except the black triangles (reduction in the gum between the teeth)

How did your surgery go? Did you notice any facial difference with your extractions?

@@sherriscorner2015 surgery went great. All I remember is waking up in the car afterwards. The pain wasn’t too bad and everything seemed to level out and heal up within 10 days. As for facial changes, I’ve still got about a year and a half left so I really can’t say yet.

Your teeth are very clean and almost getting the braces off. I wish you are able to get braces off next month. Do you have fillings on your lower back first molars?
