Hello Aishu… I’m a teacher in Kuwait…Working in an Indian school… I have been following your videos for quite a long time … but I think it’s my first comment…! Your contents are very refreshing and sometimes helped me … I am really happy that through such genuine contents, you share to people in India and they become more aware of their work atmosphere and where the line must be drawn between work and life to get a balance… neither the employers nor the employee respects it in India or Indian Organisations abroad (in Kuwait ) … sometimes it’s really sad that we have to send and request to get a leave on a weekend in institutions run by Indian management… even when a leave is taken they keep sending quires and sometimes go to an extend of assigning a work with deadlines on the same day… there are times where I had wept because I had no day care available on weekends and had to leave my little ones with family friends as I had no options to take leave on a weekend… As a teacher I keep telling my students if in your future you become an employer do respect the boundaries of your employees as this will return your organisation a more faithful employee when they are at work… I feel so relieved when you were speaking about the flexibility of work time and the respect for personal space … I really hope our people… the huge Indian work force all over the globe educate people in India about work culture through contents like yours … Keep going… ❤ from 🇰🇼

Really feel the people in Indian embassies are not doing enough and are not paying attention to issues faced by their workforce… it’s not about money … it’s just to keep an eye if people at work are given all their rights… it’s not about this country… Kuwait is having a great law that supports worker’s… but Indian organisations prioritise to call Indian teachers to work on weekends mostly even without pay violating the contracts … There are Indian organisations that go to an extent where they say it’s a part of teaching and fool their teachers… Glorification is always a trouble maker…

That is the wrong concept Aishu. Most of the corporate companies give year end vacation. I think your previous company had the worst leave policies. And it's not the same with all. I work in a corporate company and I am allowed to go for vacation in the month of December without giving much explanation.
