How do you get a rent to rent deal if your income isn’t high enough to be approved ? I earn 25k so could only rent up to the value of 850 pcm, so how would I secure a rent 2 rent deal? Thanks in advance 😊

William Burgess One male lives there too who’s part of the couple & I doubt it’s unlawful as there’s several women’s only shelters/hostels up & down the country. Where men are not even allowed to visit, I can only presume for safety/security reasons. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of violent & dangerous people out there who’d do harm on perfect strangers & let’s face it a good chunk of them are men.

@Sumo Shack The problem is that sammuel acts like his free training courses are to teach you about property investing but that's bullshit, it's to sell to you. Theres nothing wrong with that but what is wrong is that he acts like if you attend this course you'd have the knowledge to invest property without losing all your money.
