13:59 sir technically i havent completed my llb, but i am in final year of tier 2 college in west bengal . Due to several reasons most of which was my immaturity and fault, which i accept, i completely wasted these 4 years of law life. As my results are not satisfactory (i don't have 60% in every subject, though I haven't got supply), going into judiciary or doing llm is not my option now! So I have decided to get into litigation. When I started joining under, i thought I will learn through court practices, but sometimes it is hindering wherever I lack basic knowledge. Now I am thinking about taking a break, and start re reading everything from sem 1. But getting confused where to start from. I don't have special interest in any field and thinking to explore both criminal (not everything but things that help me to cover my minimum expenses) and also civil sides(some popular ones) MY QUESTION TO YOU SIR: 1) Am i thinking in right direction? Should I take a break? 2) while starting to study older subjects, what should be my order of preference Sir pls guide me,I have tried to seek help, but mostly got ignored mainly because of the fact that I lack basic knowledge myself.

Hi, Lawyer here. You don’t have to go back and read everything from your first semester. Just watch marathon videos of law subjects on KZbin, especially ones that are made for CLAT PG preparation. You will get decent knowledge and revision of all the subjects this way. Not everyone remembers everything. You just have to get an overview of all the laws, and navigate the specific provisions or concepts only when you want to fully learn about them. Just doing this will make you feel confident enough.

Phle decide Karo advocate banna hai ya judge. Agar judge banna hai to pahle 1 saal intership karo achhe advocate ke pas jaha sikhne ko mile kyuki court proceedings sikhne me aasani hogi, agar judge ban gaye to court proceedings nahi aayegi to muskil hoga isliye pahle 1 saal sikh lo aur study continue rakho. Agar advocate banna hai to jald se jald start kardo intership.
