Been waiting on this one. Lol one of the few people i follow on youtube. Good stuff homie. Only thing im confused on is how the prices change if you more than one product in the tank.

Has been my experience that each round, that tank has a different cost to fill. Having an average of what that cost is per round should give you an idea of what to charge per round. Also have to consider quality in the tank, saves time and money spot spraying the 'got-aways' your pre-m misses. Still learning here in Austin :D

Hello Mr. Creel. Thanks for all the great information. You're definitely one of the best in the business. I'm interested in buying your program. Do your prices per 1,000 square ft include the price of the fertilizer or is the fert additional?

Could you address your thoughts on how to correct issues in 2022 regarding being committed to to much business after lacking employee manpower? Having to reschedule often and a lack of project completion before snow.

What about the cost of the product? How do you factor that in?

Is this for fertilization only or weed and feed App.?

I went up 15% then to even things out for customers . So if I charge 40.00 it would be 45.00 etc.. no one drop me. Even pick up a few

Did you raise costs from 2021-2022 as well?

Creel, or anyone else have any experience w a program like Holganix? I started the biz i have now in a new neighborhood w 4000ish rooftops 2 ish years ago..up to about 250 wc/fert customers..thing is, the builders put down a sandy loam topsoil w no structure to it. Water and nutrients leach out of it like a sieve. Have been researching into a program that puts soil health in the forefront, even beyond aeration and topdressing (huge margins, great results). On a program like Holganix, puts my costs at around an average of $4.25 per k for product only..is this outrageous? $50 is my minimum, most homes less than 10k sf..but right next door to our hood is a community of acreages..Your thoughts.
