Shareen is an absolute legend. She has done everything right, she is straight to the point and although she couldn’t say on this call she should absolutely be leaving a scathing review of this firm and what they did following this case. Daniel’s advise was great as always in this complicated matter. It just sounds horrendous.

I personally had a solicitor do just this. A bent solicitor (lets call him Geoff), changed my plea to the magistrates court, from NG to G, behind my back. While i was sitting in the court waiting room. Yes, really! Why? So he could wrap up the case and get off home! Been to the LO, been to the SRA, both utterly useless. There really is no one you can go to.

For this reason, I really think the courts should only accept a guilty or not guilty plea from the defendant theirselves.

Should go for a pint at lunchtime in the Burke and Hare next to Edinburgh high court. The PFS office, QCS and your lawyer all sit together best buddies.
