Discovered The Jacket Maker when I was looking for extra small jackets. Gave em a shot and purchased the Alex black leather biker. Wanted a very simple and streamlined style. Fits almost perfectly. Best $200 I ever spent. Recently purchased the standard Biker Jacket you showed off in this video. Big fan of the collar, but was always turned off by all the extra hardware, zippers, straps, and all the other bells and whistles they tend to come with. This one looks like a happy medium. Little more edge, but not an excessive amount of hardware. Probably won't be the last jacket I purchase from them 😅

Awesome video dude, I love how comprehensive and in-detail you got about each of the three jackets! Justa quick question, I'm a pretty short dude 5'6 (134ish)lbs, and am hoping to get both the Ionic(black) and the Noah(brown), would you say it would fit me? Considering how in one of the comments you mentioned you're 5'9, I'm a little concerned the arms and the overall length of the jacket will be thrown off. :/ Let me know what you think... I was thinking about getting the distressed brown Ionic for a more spring/ cool summer jacket compared to my perfecto, but I don’t wanna get something that’s not gonna be light enough to breathe in in warmer weather. Would you say it would be something that could be worn in warmer weather??

Then I problem cowhide definitely wouldn’t be good for that but as long as your not somebody that gets extremely hot easily a lamb or sheep skin would be great for that which the ionic is a sheepskin so it would work well

@@kylebird3113 sweet, now I’m a little caught between two sizes (Extra small and small.) I like a slimmer jacket, but I don’t wanna have something super constricting. I normally wear small but the website recommended XS, so I’m a little conflicted. Would you say the ionic is a bit of a slimmer or looser fit??

@@metallicmarshmellow5397 go for small so you have more space and breathability, also, if it has mesh lining inside it can be doable up the the 80 to 89° (it'll just take a bit of practice so you know how your body reacts to the jacket and how the environment effects it, for example; in areas with intense sunlight such as highlands you might get a coolness benefit from the jacket shielding your skin and working as shade, but in humid and hot areas you'll be better with having the arms exposed from time to time so wind can chill your body with the moisture, at that point using the flip to the back and hold for a few minutes to cool off before putting it back on will help out. Stay cool out there!😎

Hey bro I was planning on buying myself an ion black leather jacket or the fall-winter time.. it has caught my eye.. do you highly recommend and also I usually wear medium in shirts and jackets.. so will it be a good fit? I'm 5'11" 180 Ibs What size do you wear btw? Thanks

I do recommend it now it’s not a super heavy jacket so don’t expect it to be toasty warm but as far as looking good I constantly get compliments on it I’d recommend sizing down to a small if your shirts are a medium personally I sized down and all my jackets fit perfect

I may have missed it but am I correct that none of these are made to measure? Like you bought all these premade based off of default sizes? I'm interested in hearing about the made to measure process from the jacket maker so I was wondering if you knew anything about that. It feels pretty decent nice and soft I wouldn’t be able to compare it to higher end leather jackets since this is the first time I e owned real leather as far as jackets go but I definitely am loving the jackets
