As somebody who is super organized as well, this looks like such a calming and relaxing place to work, very Zen. I can’t stand clutter either, it actually gives me anxiety when things are cluttered in my house. I don’t know how LEGO youtubers like Duck Bricks and Bricktsar and Bevins Bricks and many many others can function in their LEGO spaces with all the clutter they have around them. Sometimes I have to stop watching their videos because it gets so overwhelming. Great work Tiago!
@RafaelVolcanes Жыл бұрын
Same! There are certain KZbinrs that give me clutter-anxiety. It's just too much. This is a much more functional approach, I find creative freedom in the empty space.

Because of inspiration from your previous videos, I own the same IKEA drawers for my LEGO setup. Also a father of 3, I know the difficulties of getting a KZbin video out there so I draw more inspiration from you, sir. BTW, the interior designer was well worth it - it looks AMAZING.

Thank you so much for sharing this. Being an AFOL and reaching a saturation point with my LEGO, and the space for it, this is like a look into the future of possibilities. What I really love that you said was concerning City landscapes. I have been contemplating those but know the risk of a never-ending expansion in the LEGO space. This is the first time I have heard a LEGO enthusiast say what you said about it, so thank you.

Awesome space! I feel similarly about having so many sets bumping up against each other on shelves which is why I tend to break down most of the sets I build and sort them into parts storage. It also gives me way more parts to work with for MOC building, which is always a great thing. I look forward to taking a similar approach to my setup when I get the opportunity to move into a larger space :)

I'm glad to see this change in your space, as I believe I specifically mentioned I love seeing how your process of managing your space has evolved. Totally relate with having things neat and organized! My attic is like that most of the time. Though I also use it for my day job during the week, so the same desk changes to a building table on the weekend. And of course, it's much smaller than the space you have there.

Love the studio and especially love your mom for helping sort. I’m not sure what method your mom uses to sort, but I found it easier to sort individual sets vs multiple sets at the same time (big box of unsorted) due to the reduction in piece variation. If you were to bag your sets before dropping them in the box, that could help make it easier for your mom to sort. Just a thought.

I use the same cupboards from some swedish store, but I have the one with 11 drawers and only one row on the wall, but also two on top of each other. Super practical, only the top drawer is not so easy to access at 2.32 m. The inserts are from Allit, these are available outside of a well-known, American online business from €0.40 each and you need about 20 per drawer.

Your large plant looks like a bird of paradise. They need a lot of light. Placed in the interior of a room away from windows or in a windowless room, it will die slowly. If you want to keep it there, consider a light fixture with a full spectrum grow light bulb in it.
