You can make it thicker. Put whatever veggies you want in it. I need to go to the grocery or I would've had more fresh veggies.

Hi Rhoda. it's good to see you. ❤wow I never soakmy lentils..but from now on I will. it's good to know that and I'll be using ACV as well to help break dow the phytic acid. Hmm the salt trick is good too. Thank you.

I can show you. It's a daily rinse and drain in a mason jar and I eat it on salads. Yummy! I'll start some up today.

My mind hears it, but this mouth of mine doesn't cooperate with my brain. I have connection issues. 🤣 The vinegar helps greatly in the soaking of beans. God bless you Susan😊

New subscriber here. I know exactly what you mean about some words & saying them. I just call it W Sauce. Sometimes War Sauce. Anyways thanks for showing me how to use Lentils. I'm totally new to them, and was given 2 1# bags of them (1 green & 1 red); had absolutely no idea what to with them. So now I can try this Lentil Chili & begin learning more about what to make with them. Question: I only have reg vinegar... no apple cider vinegar. Will that work instead?
