My Life As A Rescue Swimmer \\ US Navy \\ AIRR

It's been 15 years since I first made this short film. At the time, I was flying in SH-60B Seahawk Helicopter. A lot has changed since then. I'm very proud of the job we do as Naval Aircrewmen/Rescue Swimmers and would not be able to do my job without the hard work of our maintenance team and incredible pilots who fly them. This is just a more clear version of the original. Music by Explosions in The Sky "Your Hand In Mine".

BTDT, HS-& Dusty Dogs Beirut Lebanon 1983 on board the mighty JFK with CAG3. One of the best jobs I've ever had and I relish the memories of brothers and flying machines, hydraulic oil and salt water. I practice medicine now and owe my carrier to my initiation into the brotherhood of "So others may live". Thanx for putting this up Nick, LLTB. Wx.

Nice video, brother. Did that work from 1989-1994 w/ the SH-3G/H Sea King. Agree w/ samuelWx, best job I ever had… next to being a Dad. 🙂
