Anyone who hasn't read A Cottage and Three Acres, please do so. It is inspirational. We had already begun in a similar, but slower moving project here when I discovered Colette's channel and, curious as to how Bealtane Cottage came about, I ordered the book. We have all read it, even my 8 year old grandchild is now half way through it. It gave us the push we needed to keep going and continues to support and encourages us. Our copy is a little dog dared now, the mark of a loved and constantly re-read book. Start, plant and let nature do what it wishes to do - to go back to offering beautiful, peaceful and truly natural surroundings to all creature and plants.

i feel like i am in heaven when i see your garden, so wonderfully wild and orderly and natural, there must be so many elementals there in that home, i feel the magic coming through the screen. i love trees but they are cutting them down ancient woodlands where i am, and in Wales, Scotland, Canada which is so heartbreaking as they are the lungs of the planet. I loved hearing you tell your story. I found it cathartic, almost like I lived it too. When you know you need out of a situation, that you will find a way of making the dream a reality. It makes wan appreciate everything because you pour your heart and soul into the land and home. I love how you work with nature and respect mother nature. I used to live in a cottage for 13 years and I use to sense the previous owners. 2 brothers and a sister. I could sense the sister the most and sometimes one of the brothers. You devoted past 18 years to turning three acres of derelict land into woodland sanctuary for all life , planting over 1 , 000 trees in process . Bealtaine means irish Celtic annual festivals with Samhain, imbolc , lughnasen . It’s signifies return to light . Widely observed throughout Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man , while May Day celebration occurr throughout Europe. Lighting fire on hill as one of oldest traditions in Ireland. Festival included activities such as sporting competitions , poetry , singing, driving cattle between two bonfires to bless them as they were moved to their summer pastures. I am so sorry to be little long but reading and writing both are great ways to improve our English as none native speakers. I hope you become friends , learn a lot from your knowledge. Your name is French origin means people pf victory . My name is khatoon it’s Turkish origin means Nobel lady as princess. Best wishes for you your dearest ones .

Wow, what a beautiful transformation. It’s so inspiring and hope-giving to see what you have done and allowed to happen on that blessed land. Yesterday I went to see ‘Wilding’, a documentary film about a bigger area of land in the UK that has been similarly transformed. Nature is wonderful and awe inspiring when generous, imaginative and hardworking people work with it and allow it to thrive, which ultimately benefits everyone. Yes please, Colette, speak about reincarnation. I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on the subject. I have studied it for decades, and I have had a past life regression with a knowledgeable and experienced practitioner several years ago. I saw the connectedness of all things, and I believe that we are all just beings of energy...we incarnate back to the Source as energy whether it be in corporeal form or pure particles. We never die. We continue to create in some form or another.... It's far more complex that I am able to explain here, but as we create, we live on.
