Cps failed me as a kid as well. They don't listen. When I told them about the abuse I endured in fostercare, they said I was basically lying and trying to go back home. I said I didn't need to go back home, I just didn't need to stay there.

This kind of thing happens everywhere. Here in Canada no one can sue cps no mater how abusive the agents are. It got so bad in one small town in northern BC in the 90s that the locals started shooting at the agents. No charges were ever brought as that would have revealed just how bad these people were.

If dad's attacking you, your life is in danger at home. There's no way to paint dad as innocent or safe.
