How do renting contracts work out there? Is it mostly 6 months/ yearly or can you find shorter leases? This is primarily for flastshares. Thanks :))

usually no contracts! they pay rent by the week, so usually you'd move in with like two weeks bond (deposit) and then you'd give a two week notice when you want to move out!! at least in my experience, it's super chill !!

you'll make friends if you put yourself out there!! trying new things (bouldering, going out, pool, etc) has helped me meet people, but yes i am also close with the people i work with :-)
