I’m honored to call you friend, Diego. Love this story. Learned a lot about you that I didn’t know originally. Watching this got me all super nostalgic about what we did together for families all over the world. Super excited to see where you take things in the future on this channel. The music at the end of the video brought back a lot of memories of conversations we had about the first videos you edited for us. You were always an incredible listener, and the music you came up with for that series was right on point for what I was trying to accomplish. Just one small example of the many things that you did that were on point. Love you Agent Strong Man! 😉

Outstanding video man. I love the way you tell your story. This was great. So glad you are getting some traction and I pray it only escalates for you! One request, I know the family genre isn't what you are focusing on, but alot of kids are interested in the work you do. From tractors to plumbing. My 7 year old loves watching alot of your videos that you wouldn't think kids would like. Just be mindful of the language. There aren't many safe places kids and families can go. You can leave that door open and gain that share of the audience with no special effort, just be careful you don't do uneeded things that close the door. On my hunting channel, I've learned that 4 letter words gain 0 views, but they will turn away certain segments of the audience. There's nothing to gain. We love the work you are doing and I how things explode for, enabling to fund bigger and bigger videos. 🎉🎉🎉 go get em bro!

Hey Diego, this story sounds somewhat familiar. One of our children finished college and moved straight up to Washington. It took several years and now she has built a life for herself. You have such strong skills and I know you will find what the next steps are. I have seen several people on KZbin start out slow and within a few months start to add interesting content, I am convinced that your numbers will grow faster than you think. Keep on going, you have this!

Your parents and grandparents did an excellent job raising you and I’m sure your sister based on what you’re doing with your life. Don’t try and fit in the 9 to 5 grind and explore the world meeting and interacting with people… the world needs more people like you and less of the narcissistic shallow vapid me me me types! Great video, And thanks for sharing. Pretty cool story as well. What drew me in was your firewood task. I use to do a lot of that too. And I also grew up in Washington State, up in Whatcom County. I’m a few years older than you, the youthful age of 64. Hang onto your youth, because I tell you, the grey hairs are coming. I’m a retired North Pacific, Bering Sea, and West Coast Commercial Fisherman and survivor. A profession with high risk, and very tough lessons. And a very interesting education as well. So nice meeting you my friend. But I do have some friendly advice for you, that I think you might already possibly agree with. And that is to, “Protect your back man”. Lifting those huge heavy rounds is dangerous to your back. But I have a feeling that this is something that you already know about. If you’re going to keep collecting firewood in the off season maybe there’s some sort of crane with a hand crank winch a guy could find, or maybe build,?? My son has a messed up back for the rest of his life. I’d hate to see that happen to anybody. It would be devastating to you. Maybe invest in a Warren wench, and mount it in the front of the bed. Invest in a roll bar, and also mount it in the front of your truck. Shackle a pulley to your roll bar. Run a cable from your wench, up through the pulley, or snatch block, then you’d have a lot of cable to reach out into your work area that you needed. I don’t know man, it’s just a thought. But protect your back man. Like a flat tire, there is no spare. And you’ll definitely feel it when you get older, if you know what I mean. Anyways, take care, all the best, and God bless. Sincerely, A retired North Pacific, Bering Sea, and West Coast Commercial Fisherman and survivor, ✝️🙏🇺🇸🗽🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⛴️🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⚓️🙋🏻♂️

I have to admit, I am jealous of your location and lifestyle...oh to have had the guts to do what you did 20 years ago.....I retired from law enforcement and loved loved lo ved my career, but honestly I finally after 20 years just go sick of people, attitudes (both in the world and in the office)...and a life like yours is a dream...I lived in N. Idaho 2 times and also lived in NE Washington state....one of the two most beautiful states in the nation. Montana, my home state is number one with me....but WA has a special place in my heart. Please keep doing your videos so that "old ladies" like me can live vicariously through your adventures...

I stumbled upon your channel a couple of months ago. My favorite channels are people showing the random projects and things they do. Funny enough they're often the same things my husband and I do, I guess it's entertaining watching others do it. 😆 Your videos are now in my nightly wind down time where I watch KZbin before bed. I appreciate your values and viewpoints you've shared as well. We share similar values. I'm also into health and fitness so I enjoy all of your content. Keep making videos. The first channel I ever subscribed to is a couple that sold their house, quit their jobs and moved from Oregon to Alaska and started filming their projects, day to day life, and hobbies and they do KZbin full time. They now have 739,000 subscribers. Go Diego! We're here for it.

As a newcomer, I appreciate your content, and I think I'll stick around and see if you can teach this grandmother something new. Now, I'm off to catch up on your previous videos. Keep up the good work and always be humble and kind, until next time my friend..

Hey Diego, I just started watching your videos. I stay up way too late going back on some of them. What caught my eye was you splitting shingles and getting cedar blocks for them with your neighbor. My arms hurt just watching you. I did a lot of wood cutting in my youth. Age catches up with you while I love cutting and splitting it's hard on the body and I can't do much of it anymore. I love your ingenuity, where you are homesteading and how you work with people. I plan to retire in TN and own acreage. I've always wanted space and more rural life. It's so beautiful where your off grid house is it makes me think of my near future when I can retire and make the move. Keep it up bud. I'm watching.
