Im sure you had an eventful world wind romance though brief... but you and papaya did it at the expense of honeydew. As you said they argued the day you met, so they were together and involved romantically some how. While technically you do not owe honeydew anything, on a human level was it worth inserting yourself into an already tumultuous relationship and accelerating the demise of it? You should put yourself in that other dude's shoe's... how would you feel? Again, you dont owe him anything, but I feel like because you found out they were together before y'all got physical you bare some responsibility. Just because we aren't the ones affected by something doesn't justify our complicity in a situation that hurts other people. A better way to have handled that situation would've been to tell papya that you acknowledged there's a mutual attraction between the both of you, but at this time your cannot engage with him romantically while he is freshly "separated" or in some toxic break from honeydew, especially while honeydew is on the trip with y'all. Now anything thst happens in the future once they've gone home and have truly processed their feelings and decided not to get back together, then that's a different story. I'm happy you enjoyed your time but I do feel sorry for Honeydew, just on a human level.... y'all played in that man's face frfr.
