Awh ellisha thank you sm this means a lot for the community and being vulnerable means you’re being strong because it takes a lot of power to be able to share your true feelings. Xx

Thank you so much for posting this Ellisha, it really means a lot to me and other people. Your journey will help so many other people. Everything you said was so helpful and inspirational. This video honestly helped me to remind myself of the core reasons to continue recovery. Because honestly, pushing through those hard days is so worth it than going backwards into that spiral of self hatred and misery. I identified with this a lot because I also write poetry to cope with it and I also did it during my time in hospital. One of my inspirations to recover was through a HCA. Of course our experience are still different but thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing your journey and talking about this topic xx

I love you I love you I love you I love you. You are such a strong girl and are the embodiment of our favourite mental health nurse that was there. You were one of my main inspirations to keep on going if you weren’t there ellisha I dread to think what would of happened. You truly are one of my only closest friends even though we live so far away I will never forget the impact you’ve had on me. Your smile your laugh and your passion is truly what burns a hole in my heart and sends a flame through my entire being. I know you will grow up to be a life saving mental health nurse, a poet who’s meanings shake people’s souls to the core and a social media influence that everyone aspires to be. I’m so proud of you for posting this, strongest woman I know. ❤
