I think OSHO is the only guru who can quench the thirst of the seeker, he is so vast, mesmerising, soothing, and pure consciousness. He has given Speeches which are recorded n then turned into books which can make more than a library. Actually he was not a writer, but imagine whose Speeches can be directly turned into books without any editing, what an intelligent, personality he was,. I think He is worth listening.

एक बार मैने ध्यान करते हुए, महसूस किया था कि कोई नीले सितारों वाली धार मेरे सिर से शरीर में प्रवेश कर रही है, शरीर में खिंचाव सा महसूस हो रहा था लेकिन मन बहुत शांत हो गया था और शरीर बहुत ठंडा। असीम आनंद की अनुभूति भी हुई थी। लेकिन उसके बाद कुछ दिनों तक रात में मुझे बहुत डरावने सपने आने लगे और कानों में अज़ीब सी डरावनी आवाज़ सुनाई देने लगी थी। मैं डरने लगी और मैंने ध्यान करना छोड़ दिया। कुछ लोगों से पूछा तो उन्होंने बताया मेरा कुंडलिनी जागरण हुआ था और मुझे किसी गुरू के पास जाना चाहिए.. उनके बिना नहीं करना चाहिए...बहुत से लोगों ने तमाम गुरूओं की सलाह दी मगर दिल नहीं किया उनके पास जाने का क्योंकि उनमें से ज्यादातर की शिक्षाएं ऐसी थी जिससे मेरे मन में एक नई इमेज़ बनकर आ जाती मैं अपने भीतर वैसे नहीं जा पाती जैसे मैं पहले गई थी और शायद नये सवाल ले आती.. आपने बहुत अच्छा बताया मैं आपकी बातों से एकदम कनेक्ट कर गई.. ओशो जैसे गुरू की तलाश मुझे भी है आप मुझे क्या सलाह देंगे..। दो महीने से परेशान हूँ.. कृपया मदद करें।

"स्प्रिचुअल लाइफ़" आध्यत्मिक अर्थों में उन्हीं को पसंद होता है जो अंतिम छोर पर होते हैं I अंतिम छोर यानि , मनुष्य का विकास क्रमिक होता है जैसे पहले ' देह ' का , अर्थात यदि आपका पेट ही भूखा हो तो क्या सुनेंगे संगीत /जब पेट भरेगा तभी ऐशोआराम की तरफ नजर जायेगी I दूसरा ' मन ' मन की चरम स्थिति जरूरतें को समाप्त करते हुए विलासीता के अनुभव से होकर जाता है I ये भी एक अनुभव है I मन की अनुभव के बिना मनुष्य मन के पार नहीं जा सकता I तब आखरी विकास ,यानि अंतिम छोर 'आत्मा ' का है I आत्मा एक तुरीय अवस्था है I जो ब्यक्ति पूर्व के जन्मों में या वर्तमान जिंदगी के शुरूआती पड़ाव में उपरोक्त दो अवस्था को पार नहीं किया , उनका स्प्रिचुअल लाइफ़ की तरफ आँख भी नहीं जायेगी I उनको स्प्रिचुअल बातें बेहूदी मालूम पड़ेगी I मैं आपसे कहूँ अध्यात्म अनजान की यात्रा है I पूरी कायनात में एकाध व्यक्ति सागर को तैरकर अनजाने लक्ष्य पा सकता है , पर अधिकतर को तो एक ऐसे नाविक की तलाश करनी होगी जो उस पार की यात्रा की हो I मैंने भी बहुत गुरुओं को देखा और पढ़ा पर "ओशो " की बातें सीधा-सीधा मनुष्य के अंतरतम को हिला के रख देती है I

Namaste Ashish. I am shailendra From California. Middle of materialism and desires. I truly like your perspective on why we are our guru. There is no other need for explanation after this. Here is another side of truth. The need for external guru is dependent upon Your spiritual advancement and where you are right now. Self is the ultimate turiya abastha. In the beginning, everyone need guru, while at the end you become your own guru. Infact, you find yourself. Bringing that guru from inside of you need external contacts with many gurus, reading, contemplation, vibration( visiting ashram), discourses, devotional singing etc. In other words, you need concentration, contemplation and meditation. 1. concentrate first, then contemplate and enter the meditation. Our guru within likes either the noble silence or meditation OR aggressive calling like ravan and kansha. Ravan and kansha were both devote of god but in an opposite way. If you want to know my perspective regarding my guru. My guru is my belief system. The power of belief has no limit. Start with belief, work on your belief, and materialize your belief. Whatever you put intense energy to your belief will materialize for yourself.... Belief on one thing at a time and work on it instead of walking back and forth between different ashram. YOU ARE THE GOD. BELIEVE ME. YOU WILL BE THE GOD. AHAM BRHAMSMI. LOVE SHAILENDRA

Excellent attempt! I am 53, dabbled in many spiritual directions including Art of living for a couple of years. For the past few years I am doing Isha yoga. This is for physical health. Spiritual search is integral in this, and I was highly impressed by Jaggi Vasudev's thoughts, especially in the book Midnights with the mystic. A couple of years ago I started reading Osho. From then on, after reading several of Osho's books (all transcribed from his speeches) I can say that Osho is the best in absentia. I am sure if we can get a teacher in person it would be better. Most of the gurus in your list are familiar to me and I am sure to many people. They are natural choices. This has made your video very likeable and close to us viewers. Thank you for your efforts.

I respect your views. But if you have seen all the gurus and their teachings just on the surface… I don’t think you are a very good judge of what their programs or their teachings are all about. And you also said Sadhguru’s programs are a bit pricey. Have you seen the projects he is doing in india right now? Rally for rivers, Cauvery calling, save the temples, save the soil. Where do you think the money will come from to do these projects? And they have over 9 million volunteers. He has started a movement to actually save the planet. So we are not here on this planet to just take from it… we have to take care of it and do our part. I love the Isha programs… they have helped me on my spiritual journey. And I am enjoying it very much🙏
