10 months of hard work and love later, finally I feel comfortable enough to present the long awaited Darkness Is Magic V2. Experience two new main story songs of the beginning where things aren't all just Sunshine and Rainbows with Equestria Laments.
A little filly who found herself reminiscing of the past with the Cutie Mark Crusaders figuring out a way to create a spark of hope in this world, but not before encountering a long lost friend drenched in pure sadness and despair.
What can be done to stop the once inevitable? This void of a virus infesting every crevice of Equestria can be stopped... There is STILL time!!

I absolutely love how despite being corrupted, Fluttershy's personality really shines still, cause you can still see that she really doesn't want to fight agaisnt AppleBloom or Scootoloo, and when SweetieBell appears, Fluttershy is either pulling her back, holding her down or outright refusing her to get close, WHILE in a supposed zombie controlled state Fluttershy best pony fr and I'll be glazing 24/7

I'v never heard of glazing before LMFO!! But yes!! I think that was showcased in my original video from all those days back a little bit, but here's it's on more display. Fluttershy would NEVER hurt anypony.. That's just not who she is. Being able to fight back mentally and STILL be Fluttershy just makes her SO OP!!! The Element of Kindness never ceases to exist, even when it all seems lost.

She’d NEVER in any circumstances put anybody in harm’s way. It’s her character. All the Corruption can really do to benefit from Fluttershy is putting her in a secluded place (a.k.a her home) with her animals, to prevent her from interfering with anything whilst allowing her animals to do all the corrupting instead of her.

I love how the only thing Rainbow does in Twigacy is just sit there like, "What the actual _buck_ am I looking at right now?" lol! These were all absolutely amazing and I can't wait to see the full story of the corruption and how it plays out. Not sure if the Rainbow Factory is part of that canon or just it's own thing, but I adore the emotion and drive pushing Scoots onwards against her idol. Aside from that, Beacon of Hope was another favorite; just seems super fitting that, even corrupted, Fluttershy was able to help by holding Sweetie Belle back from hurting them. Seriously all of this is just insane and I'm all for it! Everyone involved with this project deserve an applause lol.

You're RIGHT on the money!! :D Since Sweetie Belle is not exactly part of the Elements of Harmony she's more suspecptible to the Corruption's influence hence her deformed face and wanting to "corrupt all ponies" nature. Fluttershy's mind is built like a metal gate... Her ability for such high levels of empathy make it near impossible for the corrption to influence her... Though she still got tendencies from time to time as the corruption has such a strong force over Equestria by now.

I downloaded the mod as soon as this came out, and I ran into a glitch. I paused a small beacon of hope, restarted the song, and the chart was more difficult than the chart you made. I love a challenge and I love the mod. Completed version 2. Good work

Oh right! That's a weird thing I've been seeing around when I was playtesting. Basically when you play the storymode version it has an easier chart, but once you go on freeplay or restart the song on storymode it reverts back to the original chart, so I dunno how to fix that... Apoligies!! But I hope you were able to beat the songs with total ease!

I have an idea for a cover that could act as a prequal of sorts to Dusk 'Till Dawn (Lets just pretend BF and Pibby are other ponies). It would be the first song from the Darkness Takeover mod, and the position would be Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rainbow as the corrupted family members (you can decode who's who), spike as bf, punkie as stewie, and twilight as brian. For the pre song cutscene, idk what it would be. For the end of song cutscene, im think it would be pinkie telling twilight to run while she buts her time. Twilight runs, and assumes that pinkie got corrupted, hence why she is so sad in the pre cutscene of Dusk 'Till Dawn. And i think for a cutscene after Dusk 'Till Dawn could be Rarity and Applejack coming to after being uncorrupted as a result as a result of Pinkie's cannon shot (yes, i know the first song you show in this is meant to be an alternate reality of Dusk 'Till Dawn, but i just think this would be cool). What do you think of the idea?
